This Thompson Center Hawken rear sight fits their .45 or .50 caliber flint or percussion rifles, or can be fitted to any 15/16" octagon barrel. Mounts with two 6-48 screws that are 1.455" on center. This sight has the classic 'V' notch, recommended for the T/C bead front sight.
The sight mounts to the base with a roll pin to secure it. Screw adjustable for windage, it has the nice click adjustable elevation feature. Rear sight has a small round notch for a bead style front sight.
Made in the U.S.A., this sight is no longer made by Thompson Center, and has become scarce after the factory fire destroyed most spare parts. We have only one. Representative photo shown.
